Karma Kitchen runs a 6-week youth training programme for people in the local area to learn the basics of kitchen operations and cooking skills. This 6 weeks programme has guest chefs and professionals who each take a week focusing on something different, from baking to butchery. This programme is run in the evenings followed by dinner for the students. After the programme ends we aim to place each student into a role for either part-time work or full-time.

Karma Kitchen is teaming up with the hotels, catering kitchens and production kitchen that are no longer in use, to provide emergency kitchens for people working round the clock in food delivery and food services.
