Fitted 1,000-10,000 sq ft

We offer these units on a multi-year lease basis

Included (in addition to Basic):
Design consultation, three phase 16a and 32a connections (5-10), sinks, Combi ovens, tables, racking, partition walls, counter fridges & freezers, cold & frozen rooms, and ambient store area.

Services included:
Pest control, Wifi, business rates, waste, fire strategy and fire alarm testing, DDA plan, duct cleaning

Additional Storage

We offer these units on a monthly basis

Private additional cold rooms, freezer rooms and ambient storage units are available for rent at all of our sites

Our Workspace and the Environment

Our workspace is designed for your team

We build workspace for chefs and cooking staff. This means a working environment with natural light, colour and soft seating, with rest and break areas on each site for the onsite community and to help strengthen the local business ecosystem. In short, our spaces are designed for the people that work in them.

We are driven by sustainability. Our renewable electricity supply is supplemented with solar generated onsite. All food waste goes is processed by our onsite biodigesters, and waste cooking oil is converted into bio fuel.
