Our build process naturally limits embodied carbon, plus we use renewable energy and solar onsite. In addition to this, we take care of waste management:

  • Converting unused food into waste water with our on-site biodigestors

  • Turning cooking oil into biofuel

  • Recycling general waste, saving it from landfills
