The Hackney site has a distinct layout and unit configuration compared to our other locations. The three units available — 180 sq ft, 200 sq ft and 220 sq ft — are well suited to smaller food businesses and independent operators who need a private production space in East London. For larger requirements, our Wood Green, Bermondsey or Wimbledon sites may be a better fit.

All Hackney kitchens require two months deposit plus 20% plus one month rent upfront. The 180 sq ft unit is £2,800 per month, the 200 sq ft is £3,300 per month and the 220 sq ft is £3,600 per month. All are on 24 month leases. Speak to the team to discuss what works best for your business.
