It's one of our most strategically positioned sites for food businesses whose clients or distribution routes are concentrated in South West London.

All Wimbledon kitchens require two months deposit plus one month rent plus VAT upfront. The 170 sq ft kitchen is available on a 12 or 24 month licence at £2,600 per month. The 300 sq ft kitchen is on a 24 month lease at £3,600 per month. The 600 sq ft kitchen is on a 24 month lease at £6,200 per month. Larger units are priced individually.
